The next Chicago Job Fair will take place on Thursday, October 17 at the Congress Plaza Hotel at 520 South Michigan Ave from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event will feature a diverse set of employers hiring for many different types of positions – your job seekers will be meeting face-to-face with hiring decision makers and can ask about all of the jobs these companies have available. In a difficult economy it is important to make as many contacts as you are able and the Chicago Career Fair is a great place to do just that. Please be sure to let your job seekers know to bring at least 10 copies of their resume, dress professionally, and be self-confident since they are taking a great step towards discovering new career opportunities!
Pre-registering for job seekers at www.nationalcareerfairs.com/Chicago/ is free ensuring that their resume is included in the database provided to recruiters after the event.
