Today marks the 75th anniversary of Japan’s surprise attack on Pearl Harbor. More than 2,400 Americans were killed, and more than a thousand people were wounded.

The U.S. lost half of its fleet stationed off of Oahu in Hawaii, and all eight battleships were either damaged or destroyed.

We remember the survivors and honor the men and women who lost their lives.
