CVO at the Veterans Assistance Commission of Cook County Luncheon, on March 18, 2017 at the Ukrainian Cultural Center. Frank Thompson (CVO's Veterans Against Violence Committee) receives the Jim Proffitt Volunteer Award from the Veterans Assistance Commission of Cook County. 
The Veterans Assistance Commission of Cook County recognized Rick Murray, a United States Army Paratrooper, who served during the Korean War, and best know for his beautiful bass voice, singing "The Star Spangled Banner and America The Beautiful".
