We will be awarding $3,000 to high school seniors and the proceeds from this affair will go towards awarding other college bound students in our community who are in need of financial assistance.

Disabled Veterans Homeowner Exemption Seminar @ Pub at the MAX

Commissioner Jeffrey Tobolski in partnership with the Cook County Department of Veteran Affairs and the Cook County Assessor’s Office will be hosting a seminar to assist veterans with the Disabled Veterans Exemption application process. Applications will be available from the Assessor’s Office beginning January 27th on the Cook County Assessor’s website (www.cookcountyassessor.com) or by mail.

Veterans MUST bring a copy of their letter from the VA (Veterans Administration) that shows the veterans disability rating to qualify for their exemption.

The Assessor’s Office and the Cook County Department of Veterans Affairs
