CVO member Taalibdin Shabazz has passed away. Taalibdin was a past member of the CVO Executive Committee. He was a founder of the Muslim American Veterans Association, Chapter 2 and was its long time representative to CVO. Taalibdin served with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. Continue reading

As of April 1, to qualify for Agent orange !elated benefits, a veteran must have one more of the 14 conditions VA presumes to have been caused by exposure. About one-third of all U.S.senators are backing the Fair Care for Vietnam Veterans Act of 2020 (S. 3444), which could add four conditions to the Agent Orange conditions list. Continue reading
