In honor of women’s history month, the women of NWVU, AARP IL, , and JBVAMC invite veterans, family and friends to attend.
We need your help to restore and repair the Montford Point Marine Association (MPMA) Veteran Center located at 7011 S. Vincennes, Chicago, Illinois 60621.
We are asking for at least 50 volunteers to help work in our veteran center on November 11, 2019. We have a partnership with Rebuilding Together, a nonprofit with a Heroes at Home Program and Sears, our benevolent donor who will supply funding for some of the internal repairs, if MPMA finds the volunteers.
